You will need the key number or the serial number of your payphone. These numbers should be written on page 2 of the user guide. If you did not write the numbers down, you will find the serial number on the bottom of the payphone.

Keys for any of the Contour 50, 100, 200 and extra cannot be ordered from this web site. Please call the Contour Sales & Support line on Freephone 0800373085. You will need the key number or the serial number of your payphone. These numbers should be written on page 2 of the user guide. This item is the complete Main (Top) Assembly for the Contour 100 payphone. It can also be used to replace a Contour 50 top assembly. The top assembly will be supplied with 2 new keys and a new PIN. Simple to replace by unlocking the top with the key then releasing the sprung hinges and removing the line cord and handset plugs.
